OSHA 10 hour Outreach training is required by state law for working on most public construction sites in New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Missouri and Nevada. In addition, the cities of New York City and Philadelphia, PA. have made OSHA 10 hour and 30 hour training mandatory on most job sites. Many state and federal job sites also require these cards.
If you took your OSHA course from us please visit our Contact Page and fill out the form with your name, address and phone number and support will check your status and replace your card if you took it from us within the last 5 years. If you took the course from a trainer in a classroom ONLY YOUR TRAINER can help you. If you cannot locate your original trainer you will have to retake the entire course either online or in a classroom. If your card if over 5 years old it cannot be replace by us or any trainer.
The OSHA 10-hour courses are intended for general site workers and all non-supervisory personnel. The OSHA 30-hour courses are intended for all supervisory personnel such as foremen, managers, architects, engineers, planners, surveyors and business owners.
The construction courses are intended for all workers, supervisors and owners working on residential or commercial construction sites.
The general Industry courses are intended for workers, supervisors and owners in plants, manufacturing, petrochemical and industrial job sites.
The OSHA 10 course requires a minimum of 10 hours spent in the course before taking the final exam and the OSHA 30 requires a minimum of 30 hours spent in the course before taking the final exam. New OSHA rules only allow for any student whether classroom or online to spend a maximum of 7.5 hours per day in the course. This means the 10 hour course must be taken over a minimum of two days and the 30 hour course to be taken over a minimum of 4.5 days.
A student may fail any quiz or exam up to two times and be able to retake the quiz or exam. If a student fails the same quiz or exam three times they have officially failed the course and will not be able to proceed or receive their card via our online course.
The successful completion of the OSHA 10 and 30 hour Outreach Course will result in an official OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card being issued to you by the Department of Labor. These cards take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive via US mail. The cards are mailed to the address you provide upon signup so it is important to verify the mailing address in your student account. As soon as you successfully complete the course you will be able to download and print a certificate of completion that may be used as temporary proof of your training until the card arrives.

After completing the official OSHA Outreach 10 or 30 hour course the student is REQUIRED to complete the OSHA survey or the official card will NOT be issued. Please be sure to complete the official survey upon completion of your course.
Once a course is purchased the student will have access to an OSHA Outreach Trainer via email from within their student portal. You may ask the instructor any question on the course. The instructor will reply within 24 hours via email.
